Full-time hours available at a generous casual rate for the right candidate, with the opportunity to move to a generous salary package.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Our ideal candidate would have:
Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays
Strong team leadership skills and team player, with an energetic attitude and strong work ethic.
Trade Qualification Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4
Relevant experience in a range of venues
Experience in food preparation, stock rotation and fast paced cooking during service periods.
Australian visa and working rights
An understanding of the importance of food hygiene in a commercial kitchen
Own means of transport
