Clean Beauty Market is Australia's largest natural beauty store with 90+ brands including makeup, skincare, haircare, perfume and wellness products. A skincare lover's paradise!
This particular role will be a sales & customer service role. Developing confidence in assisting and advising customers on makeup and skincare advice, colour matching etc is a must. The successful candidate will be able to engage customers with ease and lead them on a journey through their makeup, skincare, hair routines whereby they are shown multiple options until we find their perfect matches.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, skills & qualifications:
-Previous experience in retail sales with a strong history of achieving goals and KPIs.
-A passion and willingness to learn about natural beauty and our brands.
-A can-do attitude and team player who is trustworthy and reliable.
-Must love customer service and have the ability to meet the needs of the customer and provide an exceptional in-store experience to all of our guests.
-Previous experience in beauty retail including makeup would be a strong advantage but not essential.
-A bubbly and confident personality and willingness to build community and loyalty around our store.
-A passion for holistic beauty and wellness a must.
The role:
Casual or Part-time opportunities available. Saturday and/or Sunday availability is required - at least one of the two days.
