Evolve Talent are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading builder-developer delivering premium high-rise residential projects across the Gold Coast.
With two luxury residential developments currently underway in Main Beach and another major project commencing in January, this is an opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of complex, high-end apartment projects from structure through to completion.
This role is suited to a hands-on Site Manager with strong structural experience across high-rise residential construction, who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality, maintaining programme certainty, and creating premium residential outcomes.
Working closely with the Project Management team, consultants, and key stakeholders, you will lead all on-site operations and play a key role in delivering the company's portfolio of luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of site delivery from structure through to completion and handover
- Manage daily construction activities across high-rise residential projects
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Drive construction sequencing, programme performance, and quality outcomes
- Oversee structural works, services coordination, finishes, defects, and final handover
- Maintain a strong site presence and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
- Implement and manage WHS systems, quality processes, and site compliance requirements
- Manage site documentation including inspections, permits, SWMS, ITPs, and quality records
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, engineers, certifiers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project outcomes
- Ensure works comply with Australian Standards, NCC requirements, and relevant statutory obligations
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager delivering high-rise residential projects
- Strong structural construction background, including reinforced concrete, basement, podium, and tower construction
- Experience delivering luxury apartments, premium residential, or high-end mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and buildability
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and site teams through complex builds
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality finishes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and construction compliance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management (preferred)
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
- White Card
- Strong understanding of Gold Coast construction practices and requirements
