Our WM team is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals with confident, holistic advice, and we're looking for a Client Service Officer (CSO) who shares our passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
As a CSO, you'll be an integral part of our advice team, supporting advisers and clients through every stage of the advice implementation process. You'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact, ensuring our clients feel valued, informed and supported. This is a full-time, in-office position.
What You’ll Do
Deliver timely, warm and professional client service across all interactions
Manage client enquiries and investigating queries to provide solutions within agreed timeframes
Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of insurance and superannuation advice recommendations
Liaise with product providers, insurers and superannuation funds to progress applications and outstanding requirements
Prepare and process documentation, forms and client correspondence
Maintain accurate client records and workflow systems
Provide general administrative support to advisers and the broader Wealth Management team
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and client-focused team culture
What You’ll Bring
2+ years' experience in the financial advice industry in a similar role
Familiarity with Xplan (preferable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take ownership of tasks
