Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, skilled and proactive Administrator/Scheduler to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.
About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical to keeping jobs scheduled, clients informed, and technicians supported. You will be the central point of contact between customers, trades, and management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming calls, emails, and service requests
Schedule and coordinate maintenance jobs and tradespeople
Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and job documentation
Liaise with property managers, tenants, suppliers, and contractors
Assist with preparing jobs for invoicing, timesheets, and general accounts support
Follow up on outstanding jobs and ensure service completion
General office administration and support duties
Previous experience in administration (Experience in Property Management and/or construction experience highly regarded)
Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience is required
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using office systems and job management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional phone manner and positive attitude
Australian work rights are required for this position
