We are looking for cooks to join our team at Jamaica Blue located at Runaway Bay.
Chefs / Cooks:
We are looking for experienced chefs / cooks who enjoy working in a busy environment and have a background in short order cooking. You will be responsible for the overall quality, preparation and delivery of our menu items.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
Has knowledge of a commercial kitchen
At least 1 year experience working in a similar environment
Is organised and systematic in their approach
Pays attention to presentation and detail
Is able to work in a team environment and coordinate with front of house staff
Has flexible availability, as weekend work is mandatory
