Our restaurant is busy, vibrant and fast-paced, serving up to 400 guests each day while maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the guest experience.

We're now searching for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the next chapter of Balboa Italian.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead one of the Gold Coast's premier Italian restaurants while being supported by an experienced leadership team that values initiative, accountability and excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who is organised, driven and passionate about building exceptional teams and delivering outstanding service. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring every service is executed to the highest standard while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the daily operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant.

• Recruiting, training and developing exceptional front-of-house staff.

• Leading, mentoring and supporting your management team while ensuring accountability across all departments.

• Driving exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service standards.

• Managing labour, productivity and operational performance.

• Overseeing rostering, recruitment and team development.

• Ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while maximising capacity and profitability.

• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.

• Working collaboratively with the Executive Chef and wider leadership team to continually improve the guest experience.

• Strong experience with POS, rostering/timesheet management software, reservation and business management systems.

• Ability to problem solve technical issues.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a premium, high-volume restaurant.
